POS & Shopify integration
Avia connects with Shopify to combine in-store traffic data with sales data, helping teams understand store performance more clearly.
Shopify App Store: apps.shopify.com/avia-pos-store-analytics
What the integration provides
Shopify holds your transactional data β what was sold, order values, product details, inventory levels, and your store address. Avia captures the non-transactional data β who came in, how long they stayed, demographics. Connecting the two unlocks metrics neither could provide alone:
Conversion rate β Shopify transactions divided by Avia Unique Visitors.
AOV β pulled from Shopify orders
Gross Sales β synced from Shopify, shown alongside traffic in the daily performance table
Stockout prediction β Avia uses Shopify inventory levels and sell-through rates to predict when items will run out
Traffic forecast calibration β Avia uses your Shopify store address to pull local weather data into the forecast
Dashboard access
For Shopify POS merchants, the Avia dashboard is available directly within Shopify Admin and on iPad via Shopify POS.
Non-Shopify merchants
Avia works with non-Shopify POS merchants too. The Shopify integration provides a stronger out-of-the-box experience, but it is not required.
