Using Date Ranges & Filters
Date ranges and filters help you control which store data you are viewing in the Avia dashboard.
You can use them to review performance for a specific day, week, month, store, or group of stores.
Date range
Use the date range selector to choose the period you want to analyze.
In Avia, you select the start date and end date for the data you want to review. The dashboard then updates the metrics based on the selected date range.
Avia uses the store opening hours configured in Store Management when displaying store activity. You do not need to manually select working hours in the dashboard.
Changing the date range updates the dashboard metrics based on the selected period.
Store filter
If your account has multiple stores, use the store filter to select the location you want to view.
You can use this to:
View one store at a time
Compare performance across locations
Focus on a specific storeβs traffic and sales data
Make sure the correct store is selected before reviewing the dashboard.
Metric filters
Some dashboard views allow you to switch between different metrics, such as:
Total Traffic
Unique Visitors
Conversion Rate
Sales
Average Order Value
Changing the selected metric can change how the data is displayed in charts, tables, or heatmaps.
Comparing performance
Filters are useful when comparing store performance over time.
For example, you can compare:
This week vs last week
This month vs last month
One store vs another store
Traffic trends before and after a campaign
This helps you understand how store activity changes across different periods.
Important note
Always check the selected date range and store before reviewing the data.
If the wrong date range or store is selected, the dashboard may appear to show missing or unexpected data.
